I own a V6 Dodge Avenger, but this piece of crap made me want to sell it. Saw this while I was down in KC.
Offences:
Incorrect badging - as far as I know, Lexus has nothing to do with the Dodge Avenger or the Mitsubishi plant it is made in. I have seen people with Toyotas that have the Lexus badge (same parent company) and that was bad enough. The L on the front of this car must stand for LOSER. I think he is compensating for his little 4 cylinder engine.
Other - The Avenger has plastic covers that are put in where the fog lamps are supposed to go if you did not get them. This do-it-your-selfer mounted cheap *mart lights right to the plastic for that "professional look." As you can tell he knows what he is doing. One light appears straight ahead, and the other aims off to the left. You can't get a better lighting pattern than that.
Other - no hood. Apparently this "Lexus" Avenger did not come equipped with the optional hood. Note the radar detector mounted on the windshield. You have to have one with a 4 cylinder car with no hood. With that extra weight gone, it has gotta fly.

| I heard of people at drag events throwing out rear seats, interior trim, rear bumper even trunk hatch... but nothing up front. Why? AERODYNAMICS. Not that it pays a key factor on this beast... |

| #2, So basicaly, he's putting all his money into weight reduction? Heck, he's got a long way to go, get rid of those foglights, and the turnsignals, and the wipers! and the oil filler cap, there's just TONS of stuff there you don' need !!!But don't forget your carbon fiber ball cap to put on backwards |

| Heh...I'm going to go out and by an IS300 and stick Dodge badges on it now. Sure, it would be just a dumb, but at least it would throw the world's goofball harmony back into balance. |

| Those sky-blue wires snaking through his engine compartment are probably grounds for his mad tyte system, maybe he was blasting Eminem too loud for his carbon fiber hood to take. |

I'd bet along with his bumpin' system yo, he added at least 15 hp by using Queer Eye Blue. DOHC.....wow, my Z28's and me are terrified....even though my lawn mower utilizes larger pistons. |
