Wow. I sent this is so long ago, I forgot about it! A bit of trivia, tho: While they are swamped with loud car stereo and illegal light equipment cases, they have never had to defend a speeding offense! How strange!

Come for the Rice, stay for the.....rice? I guess you get a nice big bowl of rice while you wait. Flied Lice, maybe? The only thing that goes fast in this place is your dignity for being seen in there.
