Small world. I'm the one that took this picture couple years ago and know the guys who own that car. They did this to actually make fun of rice boys and get reaction out of people.
It was the funniest thing to see it driving around town :)

I swear that's the same car I saw in Sandy, Utah about 2 or 3 years ago! At the time I was kicking myself for not having a camera.
