In case you're wondering, yes, all the old Saleen Thunderbird's came with ghetto rims. Luckily only one was made. |

How worthless is that? I am planning on purchasing an '89 Thunderbird SC in the spring, and that just gives all T-birds a bad name! I mean, what if someone from a foreign county was visiting for a few days, and during that time, this was the only T-bird they saw? What would they think? They would think we're a bunch of fruits, thats what!

#3, A phantom Saleen Thunderbird wouldn't be too hard to build with the earlier Fox-body T-birds. Most of the performance parts Saleen has - both the chassis and engine parts - would bolt right up. And it might be slightly heavier, but it could still be nearly as fast. Who cares if it's supposed to be a family sedan? |
