Wouldn't you think that these poeple would be smart and park in a garage, or at least the leward side of a building instead of right next to the ocean spray?

#2, Maybe this isnt an everyday occurance.....when is the last time you parked on the side of the street expecting the wind to kick up and coat your car with 8 inches of ice?
