#5, Engrish: Japanese (not only) people that think they know English and write/wear/stick stuff with weird or incorrect English phrases. Google for "engrish" and you'll find a big site about this phenomenon.

#9, Today when I exited local rheumatology center I noticed a sign: DOORS ARE OPEN AUTOMATICLY. What. The. Hell. ?! Today I also did some on the fly Polish-English translation for 3 girls from Portugal (or so it was said) that studied rheumatology here. They were so quiet I became nervous: Is my pronunciation so bad??? Maybe they don't get a thing I'm saying??? Maybe they think I'm talking Amharic???
