I guess after the massive amounts of money this guy flushed down the toilet on this POS, he couldnt afford the rims for the front of the car.

When I first saw the colorS on this thing, I immediately thought of those "rocket" ice cream pops that the ice cream man used to sell back in the day, top was red, then white, then blue. Ahh, takes me back.
