WTH are thosw things in the Focus' bottom grille? Fencing? Flip-down wire cutters? A cheesy attempt at making something "unique"?

Also, why would anyone want to put a Lancer Evo VI bumper cover on a Focus? The Focus WRC one not good enough?

Oh God, it gets worst everyday, not only do we have to contend with moving traffic cones, but did anybody get a look at that silver thing in the second picture. Those have to be the most hideous rims ever.
