This car should be impounded and stripped. Every part should be burned and then have the owner pay to get everything back to normal.

It looks like the top of the fish-bumper has a really bad dent in it...it doesn't match up with the hood at all.

And what's wrong with wings on a slot car? They help my car do 1.8 second laps on a 155' track.
