Here's what BenBrausen had to say: The white Honda is what the owner said "Use to be a sponsored car." It use to have a Integra engine in it but now it has the original engine back in it. You can see it has some side damage which the driver told me, "When I race, I haven't gotten a feel for where my passenger side of the car is so I smash stuff and most of the time it's other cars." This thing had about 50 pounds of tape holding it together and a 500 pound roll cage that he'd never need nor does he have the engine power with the little engine in there to pull that extra weight.
(Trooper note: Some freakshow uses this as a daily driver??) |

Also the thing that the people that drive imports don't understand is that driving a domestic ( Camaro for instance ) is all about loving to drive not about speed or anything like that. People that love thier domestic rides are a different breed. We loved these cars since the day we knew what a car was. I'll own a camaro till the day I die. I love the car. |

import_tuner: Nice try. I drive a S2000. No stock wrx can come close to a S2000 in any decent road course. I drive on a road course called PIR in Portland Oregon. And I have had my ass handed to me by many a modded mustang, camaro, 944 turbo you name it. Head over to cornercarvers.com an see what they recommend as go fast cheap cars....Porsche 944 Turbo or and IROC. No stupid civic, or even a WRX is gonna hang with a properly modified and driven 944 turbo or IROC. It is just not gonna happen. Now get em off road..whole new story. By the way 1/2 mile straight is not road course...go check out a real one sometime...2 mile straight is more like it.... *rolleyes* |

haha..typical ricer. you know nothing. i'm not going to bother talking to you. I would love to see you beat a 600HP IROC properly set-up for road racing. Sorry, I forgot a hyphen http://www.corner-carvers.com/ ..there you go. I wouldn't want you to actually learn anything then...you will stop being a ricer..what fun would that be. Just like a 959 costs the same as viper...pathetic.

import-tuner: what do you drive? a piece of shit i'm guessing. You read compact sport magazine, or some other ricer bible and think you know something about actual racing. I don't mean just NIRA...there is more to racing then that...I hate to tell you. Typical ricer BS. Get a real car (it doesn't have to be expensive, but make it RWD, powerful, with a good suspension, and properly tuned engine for the car) do some actual racing and you tell me about who would win what. Rice boy magazine racers crack me up...later. |

superdave: a B20B is a 2.0 liter, 126 HP, 133 ft/lbs of torque, 8:1 compression Honda CRV motor. To an ignorant person like you who thinks more horsepower=faster car, you will only mock what I say, but when you put it in a light car, hence my friends 89 hatchback, with a limited slip differential, DC sports header, crower cams, launch control and a mean set of slicks...you run high 13's. I've seen him destroy pathetic WS6's and SS's, for about $15,000 cheaper than whoever the idiot is who bought either of the dying "classics" I love watching the F-bodies try and hook up. shit, I've seen some kids Eclipse GSX with just an exhaust, manual boost controller and blow off valve beat some dorks WS6. |
